The Best and Most Affordable Movie Family Deals

Going to the movies is an age-old tradition among many families who want to spend some quality time together. A weekend can be spent catching the latest family-oriented movie followed by a nice dinner. However, with the rising costs of movie tickets, taking the whole family to watch a new film on the big screen can be a pricey activity.

Of course, that’s the case if you’re not well aware of the many promos cinemas run nowadays. If you’re not up to date on the latest news and promotions of your favorite cinema, you might get surprised that they have such cheap family deals. Some of the best are the following:

Any discount when you’re paying for multiple movie tickets will be appreciated, no matter how big or small it may be or how it’s packaged. At Vue, you can actually purchase adults tickets at kids prices for select family-friendly films. You’ll need to bring your little one along, though, to take advantage of the offer.

Vue also has a Family and Family Inclusive Ticket deals which will let you pay for a fixed price for four viewers. The family ticket will require two adults and two kids, while the Family Inclusive is for four people. The price covers a food and beverage voucher, so you don’t have to pay extra for your snacks anymore.

Of course, there’s also the Vue Mini Mornings where kids and parents only need to pay £2.49 per ticket for the best family films. You’ll only need to be at the cinemas on Saturday and Sunday mornings, as well on school holidays to enjoy this offer. Vue food prices will apply, though, if you wish to get some snacks for yourself and your little one.

Odeon has a few great family discounts as well. The first one is their summer family bundle which will charge a family of four £30 (£25 in other locations) and families of three for £26 for the film, food, and drinks. It’s definitely a great deal as the tickets alone can already amount to the package price, so the food options are a good plus.

Odeon also have the Odeon Kids deal where little ones only need to pay £2.50 for a ticket to select family-oriented films. You can pre-book up to 4 weeks in advance, so you can easily plan your outing with your child. However, the deal is only available on the weekends.
