Orange Theory Fitness combines the benefits of three distinct exercise disciplines, namely:
- The science behind the effectiveness of heart-rate based treadmills interval training;

- The effectiveness of weight training blocks in creating the desired fitness level and physique
Keep in mind that a well-balanced exercise program requires the combination of several exercises within three categories – cardio, strength training, and flexibility.
